James Jennings

James & Nicole Jennings are the founders and Senior Pastors of Redemption Faith Outreach Center in Spindale, NC. Pastor James unique and down to earth presentation of God’s Word is fresh, unique and inspiring. His message is one of Hope and Empowerment without the trappings of the traditional religious baggage. Like Jesus he relays the gospel in simple illustrations like the farmer and the seed or even the trials and tribulations of potty training a child.
Under his leadership, Pastor James has grown Redemption Faith Center from 4 people in a rented club house into a thriving church of over a hundred people! The heart of Redemption Faith is built on a Love for people, regardless of Race, Education, or Financial Status. Teaching a message of Empowerment, Pastor James encourages the people to find their Passion and Purpose are release their full potential. In doing so, the church (Redemption Faith Center) becomes a true ministry… by allowing the people to serve and give back to the community in which they live, work and play.
Pastor James is on the leading edge of Change. His vision consist of tearing down the four walls of the church that have separated it from the community… aggressively targeting the racial divide that has existed for far too long in this region… and attacking the issue of Poverty and Financial Oppression. Through the combined efforts of the RFC members and by partnering with other churches, community organizations and government agencies, Redemption Faith Center is making a difference in the lives of those around it.
