Leadership Team

Pastor Nicole has a gift of the prophetic and pours out the Wisdom of God in a powerful and anointed way.  She is strong leader who ministers the Word with a Sincerity and Passion that is life changing. She plays an instrumental part in the development of Redemption Faith Center through her constant commitment to the vision and her strength to carry it even in the most difficult of times.

Elders Karl & Gladys Fretcher are newly weds of four years. They are a Spirit filled, Word believing couple who love the Lord and are dedicated to fulfilling their Call and Purpose. They are formally trained in Marriage for Life Ministering and Pre-marriage mentoring. Through this training  their marriage has been strenghten and they are looking fprward to sharing their passion for Healthy Marriages within the church and community soon.

Having been ordained as ministers prior to coming to RFC, Pervis and Gail brought with them a passion for God’s Word and a calling to minister His faithfulness to the body of Christ. They currently serve as Care Pastors meeting with RFC members in their home for Bible study and fellowship. In addition, Pervis oversees the RFC Greeter and Helps Ministry. His goal? That each person is met with the LOVE of the FATHER at each service.

Mara Jennings serves at the Worship Pastor here at Redemption Faith Center. Mara was an oringinal member of RFC having attended the very first service held in the Forest City Club House in 2002.  She started training on the praise team at the tender age of twelve, developing a great passion for the creative arts ministry. After serving for 5 years on the Worship Team she was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the ministry at the age of seventeen.

Recently Engaged!  Matt & Amanda are key componets to RFC as they lend great expertise in their fields.  They are passionate and faithful team players who go above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis.
